recommendations for controller

    I have a set-up that includes solar panels, a heat pump, gas boiler, and under-floor heating. I have a kromschroeder E8 controller that controls the whole thing, and a separate solar controller. I want to change the priority so that the heat pump is only the primary source of heat during the night, and is off altogether when the temperature outside is below 3 degrees or so, but the E8 controller does not allow me to do this. It is a pity because it is quite sophisticated in other ways.

    Can anyone recommend another controller (to replace the E8) that would do what i want?

    Contact the installer. A control unit which doesn't allow for time or temperature controll and adjustments is useless.
    Who installed this overkill and why?
    Was a professional involved?

    In fact I am quite pleased with my installation and the controller is very sophisticated in other ways. I am generally pleased with the installer and the overall result.

    If you have any suggestions to deal with my actual question I will be grateful.
