16 week blowdry

Just had the 16 week blow dry last week in Mayo. Disgusted with the results as it makes absolutely no difference. It cost €200 plus €40 for shampoo (sulphate free) and I'm so disappointed with the results. I'm now working in Dublin and can't get back to Mayo before I go on hols in two weeks. They're not issuing a refund…

They're not issuing a refund because they can't assess my hair and to be honest it'll probably cost €120 to get there and back and take 8 hours of my time. Do I have any recourse? Anybody else in the same situation?
