Job offer....I think?

After months of searching, I have a possible job in the line.
I went for an interview today, and I was asked to go in for training tomorrow, now I presume this means I have the job, as he made as point of saying I was the only one that had applied so far??

It is JLC rates, for about 39 hours a week as far as I know (and hope), is that a good wage??

The only thing that turns me off really is, it's a sales assistant job (which I don't mind at all) that starts at 6am, and ends at 10pm, so I am a bit weary about robberies etc, because the impression I got was i would be working alone on shifts, after the first few weeks...A bit nervous about that, so I want anyone's experience with that???

I'm going to take it regardless, as I am fed up of sitting at home, just wondering what the opinion is on this?

    Thanks everyone.

Well congratulations , sounds like you got a job !

Any cash business is a potential target for robberies alas , check what security measures are in place like panic alarm , cctv , etc.
In the event of an incident : absolutely no heroics , do not suffer an injury in defence of the till , let them take what they want - cash is replaceable - you are not.

Woohoo, I'm trying not to get my hopes up, just in case it's routine or something, but yaaaay :D

Yeah true, I just worry too much about these things haha.

    Thank you :)
