Denmark - Amateur Rocket Launch (Future suborbital manned flight)

    Must say, I don't know much about this project.

    They managed a sea launch on their first rocket with a self correcting guidance mechanism.



    I hear they eventually have the intention of a manned sub orbital launch. Best wishes to them.

    Considering Denmark has a similar population to Ireland, it's a real pity that nothing like this is happening in Ireland. It's amazing stuff if you really think about it.

    No nowhere near. It was just a test flight to prove the concept and reached just 2 miles high. This is just the start of their plans for a sub orbital launch.

    I guess we are light years behind even the Nordic countries in terms of aerospace engineering.

    Our expertise seem to lie solely in pharmaceuticals and computers.
