I'm not sure if this is where I should be putting this, but I'll try here.
Is anyone else feeling really tired after being out in the sun all day.
I usually feel great in the sun and get some energy from it, but today after being out in it for a few hours I'm exhausted.

Drink more water, but i really don't know if this forum is the best place for this.

The sun does shine more on the Southside, hence the beautiful complexion of the people who live there, particularly in the summer. I would imagine you are dehydrated OP or else need sun cream and a hat.

Usually when its sunny and humid it makes you fell like that. Dry heat is so much nicer.
