This weekend Beach lifeguards are starting their shifts so if you wish to stay safe during your open water workout pick up a beach with a lifeguard hut on it, preferably quite one so you can have full attention of a lifeguard, who knows maybe if you ask them really nice they will launch the 'boat' and stay somewhere close…

This weekend Beach lifeguards are starting their shifts so if you wish to stay safe during your open water workout pick up a beach with a lifeguard hut on it, preferably quite one so you can have full attention of a lifeguard, who knows maybe if you ask them really nice they will launch the 'boat' and stay somewhere close to you don't be afraid to ask for such a thing, just don't mention my name ;-P if you will offer help in towing the boat down to the water during the low tide your chances of success are even greater just remember that we are a bit busy before 12 and after 6pm with setting up and packing up ;-P

I will be on Portrane-Brook this weekend. Ask for Kris if you need any help with your open water swimming :cool:
