I must admit my first instinct was US military. Why would it be in Baldonnel and for how long?

Your intel sources seem to be on the money everytime

Nothing seems to go into Dublin or Baldonnel without you being there to get a pic

That looks pretty similar to the old Presidential Livery they used on the 707s... or were all government planes using that livery then?

    Ok Testicle !

Good answer, but not really the reason.

they land there so they are safer and not many people know they are there. they could be there every few weeks and nobody would be any the wiser except the avid spotter, WESTDUB i'm talking about you, if they land in dublin everyone knows the yanks are here and the crustys would be out where as the army can be closer to the plane in bal. Also if they are military why not land in a military base instead of a civilian airport.

There are lots of reasons foreign aircraft visit Bal, some are on training flights and use Bal for a stopover or refuelling and some are for reasons you will never find out....
Any details on the day to day operations in Bal are covered by OPSEC and wont be discussed on a open forum.
Not by anyone that really knows .....;)
