    Looks the very same as one I bought on here before..
    Sound wise it's grand although I find that I still need to talk although I think that;s just a matter of training to use my voicebox instead.
    However I find that the "collar" is made of hard plastic and is fairly rigid and so pretty uncomfortable if you've a large neck (16" +).
    I also find that the ptt switch can disconnect easily from whatever adapter you're using for the radio but again this can be overcome by taping it now that I think of it :D

    another thing I thought off....
    The earpiece...since it goes into your ear canal it effectively blocks outside noise on that side...which leaves you pretty open to attack from that side..I had one creep crawl through bushes and practically pick my pocket before he bang killed me and I never heard a thing as he came from the side I was using the ear piece on..this was the one thing that really put me off throat mics..
