Surely a decent enough price for a 42" Plasma TV and 3D Blu-ray Player.

How about that resolution (1024 x 768) on the plasma though?

The tv is not Saorview approved but otherwise looks like a good offer!

It's pretty common on the lower end Plasma's, it'd be an issue in a small or medium room alright.

Once you are a decent distance from the TV though, resolution becomes about the least important aspect in determining PQ..within reason obviously.

Still seems a tad odd to bundle a 3D Plasma TV that isn't fully HD with a 3D Blu-ray Player!

No mention of glasses - maybe that's why it's so cheap. They could be active and cost a fortune! A real shame about the resolution too. Even though it's not Saorview approved, it is Freeview HD, so AFAIK you should get stations, just no interactive gubbins.
