Brikwax finish for untreated wood flooring

    Hi there,

We have an attic conversion with untreated wood floor boards.
Trying to decide on the best finish for the floors at the moment...

Don't really want to use varnish as I dont like the way the varnish yellows with time.

Thought about Littlegreene floor paint, which looks good but is fairly expensive... Even the tester pots are 8 euros.

We do like the current colour of the floor. A builder friend also suggested using Brikwax clear floor wax. Anyone used this and what is there experience?

    Thanks!
