Hi want to cancel sky , know they always have excuses / bargains to make you stay , and know i'll crumble , what is the best line to use for cancelling so not to get the hard sell off them

Put it in writing. Send them an email to say you want to cancel. I did that a couple of years ago - worked a treat.

canceled last month, they asked alright why, we just said we weren't watching it enough and they were very nice about it. sent out a letter after saying they would put us back on without entering a contract again if we wanted, and that was it.
