Okay I have dropped put of a level 8 course in dcu and am reapplying through the cao for a level 7 course in DKIT. I have discovered that because I'm dropping down to a level 7 course I won't have to pay full tuition(like 6k!). I'm just wondering if this means I'll be once again eligible for my grant?

as i understand the grants scheme you can only get grant aided for each year of college once and you must be making progress through the years.

so if you were grant aided for the first year on a level 8 i think your not eligibile for first year of a level 7...........but obviously apply and see
