    has anyone sen the ads posted on done deal looking for work with contractors and farmers etc are they working ???? There always seams to be well over 200views anyway

    Pure pointless I think. Most contractors are goin to employ family or friends, tis a fact. The only hope of gettin a job contracting is askin the few local lads to their face. The worst anyone can say is no.
