I see this more times, people going to the bottle banks leaving their empty boxes and bags behind, or sitting in car parks, dumping their full ashtrays with cigs on pavement, even trolleys because its such an effort to walk far.

In before the theatrical reenactment guy in the white t-shirt and the empty bottle of water.

And people leaving their popcorn bags in the cinema that they bought from a shop. Not only is it still littering, people, it's also alerting the cinema people to a problem that they'll eventually start cracking down on.

Seen a few pizza boxes and Burger King bags also.

Some people have no clue when it comes to smuggling etiquette.

I love it when they use the excuse that it's biodegradable. That sure makes those paper bags and used napkins and such seem much less of an eyesore, knowing that in a few years they'll have rotted away.

I hate when I'm taking a walk through the country and see litter and even broken televisions.

We have a Spanish girl who does our littering for us... absolute delight... she's over here learning English.

    "D1 Rapper": All our taxes....

    etc. etc.. blah blah blah!

It is disgraceful OP, if you don't like it challenge them when you see it.

    litter?

every single day im on dart i am amazed by the amount of people who must have reached the deepest levels of mental retardation. "seats are not for feet" right next to them does not seem to be enough for these ignorant morons, hence taking a seat on my way to/from work i always picture a nice, warm poo (junkie's spit, puke, anything) that someone could step into just before comfortably stretching legs on the seat i am taking.

The only thing I find more infuriating than littering is people from other countries littering in our country. There should be a lot in the way of ads in the media to discourage littering, it's really disgraceful.

I once saw a man dump a bag of dog crap into another guys garden saying '' his dog leaves it outside my front path every night , I'm just returning it to it's righful owner '' .

was walking down the road after work few months back and some lad in the back of a car opened the door and even though the bin was maybe 2 feet away he left one of them plastic dessert dishes half full of chocolate pudding on the side of the road.

i had just had a horrible day and seen red. i walked over to the car picked up the dessert and smacked it into his window smearing it all over the car. very satisfying

I wasn't. The problem is if/when cineworld explicitly ban outside food materials. The difference is 85c for Manhattan popcorn or €5 for a smaller bag bought on the premises.

If cinemas began actively searching people's bags and purses for "contraband" food, I think that you'd notice a drop in ticket sales. People want to go to the movies to relax, not be searched like in an airport.

That said, about littering, it's pretty gross. I saw this kid walking in front of me drink only half his Coke bottle and set it on a fence (where it clearly would not stand a chance of staying there) and it just spilled everywhere. Took a glance and he kept on walking. ffs he didn't even drink the whole thing!

i don't i just hate when people see real stories and still see the world through rose tinted glasses and believe that nobody could do something on the other side of normal

Well what does it matter whether its a manhattan popcorn bag or a €5 smaller bag litter is litter. Plus there are people working there whos job is to clean the screening room after the film is finished. There are many areas of life where littering is a problem but I dont think trash in cinemas is one of those problems

Exactly ,if we all said this or that never happened then that would make 70% of boards users liars but some trolls know their own tricks very well and in many cases , wouldn't know truth from fiction if it sat beside them .
