    Anyone any experience of organising outdoor activity games events? I am planning one and need to know what I will need insurance-wise.

    Could you be more specific as to what sort of games? i.e community games, paddy games, etc.

    Also if you are running this event for charity, commercial purposes etc?.

    Where will this outdoor event be held, is it in a stadium which you are renting from the local council for the day, or a public park which is being closed off for your use for the day?.

    Commercial purposes. It's a treasure hunt style game designed for public urban spaces but it should not need closing off of areas.

    Try bhp insurance - think it's bhpinsurance.ie - have used them & found them very helpful & affordable.

    Yes it is my first post here, I usually use adverts.ie however saw this post & thought I'd pass on the benefit of my experience, having spent a lot of time looking for affordable event insurance.
