HELP!!!! Advice needed

    Hi all,

    I'm getting the following windows popping up when i log on to my computer,
    and it won't let me open any programs, firefox, IE, Publisher, anything....

    sorry about the poor quality but the only way i could think of getting an image was to take a pic with phone...

    Please help - would be hugely appreciated -

    Start the pc in safe mode (hold down F8 on start up)-select safe mode with networking-download and install malwarebytes-update malwarebytes-run a scan

    Just to add to mp22's advice... After you have updated MalwareBytes, disconnect from the internet (physically or via windows) then do the full scan. This wil prevent additional malware from being downloaded during the scan.
