LONDON TRIP 2011 2 DAYS AWAY!

Me and my friend are planning to go to London for 2 days in July. We are both 16, and our parents have no problem with it. We are going to check out the west-end musicals as we have a great interest, but we need to book somewhere cheap to stay in Central London or near abouts (no more than 15 minutes away.) Any websites that have cheap hotels and please not lastminute.com! that offer flights and hotel packages for cheap?

I thought the Wizard of Oz was pretty amazing.

Cast, set design and music were terrific, plus we picked up tickets on the day at the Palladium at a discount, presume that's possible with other shows too.

    Use the megathread.

If you want to discuss musicals, try the Musicals forum, in the Arts category.
