Public Darkroom in Galway

Hi All,

Does anyone know if there are any publicly available darkrooms in Galway, through camera clubs or otherwise?

I'd like to try my hand at enlarging some medium format film, but don't have the space or ready cash to set up a home darkroom, especially if it'd be only for occasional use, to experiment and learn. Of course if there's a rental fee or a 'bring your own chemicals & paper' policy that's fine!

I think Lorg Printmakers Ballybane Industrial centre has a enlarger/mini darkrrom but i'm not 100% sure, I'll let you know once someone i know facebooks me back

Still waiting on the reply but the dummy that I am I forgot to mention the NUIG photography club. I'd imagine they won't be running this summer though and you might have trouble getting started soon because of this. they take on members who are students/past students but also members of the public but they might not be so willing to hand over the keys straight away when they don't know you from adam. Just the way the college socs are, health and safety, protection of prop ect
