    Can I ask why?

    Nobody was being inappropriate, and, unusually for AH threads practically everyone was in full agreement with the OP regarding the disgusting Sindo article.

    never posted in feedback before, is this the right place for a question like this?

    EDIT: Mickey Dolenz (the Mod) has explained in thread why it was closed

    Just to follow up on this, we did that out of respect to the families involved. It's more than just posters who read Boards.ie - sometimes people forget that.

    It was a tough decision for us to make. We all agree that the original story crossed boundaries, but sometimes the decent thing is just to leave things alone.
