    Hi all,

    Bought a music store from xmlmp3store.com - all went through fine. Buyer took about 2 weeks to finally install it, and it didn't fit my site when it was finished (too big). The seller said it would cost to resize it (which is fine), but I wasn't happy so asked for my money back.

    His site states "100% satisfaction gauranteed or your money back". I was not 100% satisfied so requested my money back. He refused, so filed a paypal dispute, he still refused, escalated to a claim and they sided with him.

    Am I missing something here? I'm not 100% satisfied so why am I not entitled to my money back? Is there anything else I can do about this?

    As an intangible item, Paypal will not intervene or refund your money.

    You can try a credit card charge back with your bank, if that's how you funded the payment. No guarantee that will work though.

    Unfortunately I paid through paypal so can't do a charge back. Second time I've lost money through paypal - unreal...

    Was it cash balance, or credit card funded through Paypal though?
