Aer Lingus Website failing

Tried advance web check-in today on two separate machines, downloading Adobe latest version as indicated by your site.

Blank page results with referral to home page again.

Says time out and a load of other stuff may be the cause (from memory)

Cannily enough it did relieve me of €10 for seat reservations, promising to allow log-in after this enfranchisement of Aer Lingus!

There being no other email address for individual bookings furnished by the site,

I am hoping the goodness of your collective hearts will allow this plaintive request to reach a web administration person?

As we both will hopefully arrive in T2 at 04.45 am on 9th June next
will the AerLingus desk be able to provide boarding passes?

Website presently says we are now checked in.

If I try again within the 30/6 hour period prior to takeoff, will the boarding pass issue at this time?

Or, as the site suggests, is my only option to go to the desk.

Also, it is not clear whether a journey to the Airport the day before would produce the Boarding passes.

Please advise as to how to avoid difficulties at the time of arrival at T2.

With Aer Lingus, you have several options and all are free of charge (unlike Ryanair):

    * Check in online, print off your boarding pass. This is the one you chose but it seems not to be working. Worry not, just go with one of the other options:

    * Check in online, print off your boarding pass from one of the self check in machines.

    * Check in at the airport.

So no need to worry. If the website is being stupid, just pick up your boarding pass there and then. And yes, check ins will be open this early in the morning.

    Many Thanks Undo,

    Your re-assurances are helpful!

The site did work later on, boarding passes issued!!
so all we need now is a well rested pilot or two for Thursday next!
