Cheapest mobile network ?

Which is the best value network for just calls on prepay ? for example, Tesco mobile will give you €10 extra credit when you buy €10. So €20 worth of calls for a tenner seems like good value to me, can any other network beat this ?

Probably not for straight forward deal.

If you wanted to work out times of calls (weekday/weekend) and to what network etc you might be able to find something a little better but will depend on your usage
