hi am living in limerick and could be doing a post grad in NUIG in September. Does anyone know how to apply for an accomodation grant or what are the criteria for it?

hey nervoususer,

if you are already entitled to a student grant you may also be entitled to the student assistance fund. this fund is additional to the grant and can be applied for through your university. All colleges have an application form for this and it is precisely to help people with extra items like books or rent. its means tested and can be over subscribed so get the ball rolling asap.
