    Hi all

My hair is thinning alot recently, and I would like to see a trichologist to find out why.

Can anyone recommend one? Would like some recommendations before I go spending a load of money!

    Thanks

    Hi,

I recently went to one for the same reason, use to have thick hair and over the space of 6 months espically last 2 noticed it has thinned out a lot..no patches yet but thinning all over even around sides..washing my hair sets me into depression seeing all the hair on my hands..

Anyway, went to trichologist and they sold me creams and shampoo, been using them last 2 weeks, can't really tell if working or not..consulatation was only 70 so you should go and see they say and recommend..if for no other reason it myt put ur mind at ease, either something can or can't be done...if they make a suggestion on what to do u will need to decide for itself whether u think it's plausible or not,

tips would be to get a complex vitimin B,eat dried fruit, get proper sleep,exercise..ie reduce stress to a low as level as possible ,sometimes easier said than done!

    best of luck!
