Hey guys, used to post semi-regularly in here, have been awol for a few months.

Anyway! Have been training away for the Christchurch Marathon which is taking place this Sunday. Training's gone fine, I'm possibly/probably slightly undertrained. Trained "off the clock" this time, left the watch at home on my runs, just ran according to feeling.

As a result, I have now been suddenly stricken by The Fear and am panicking about Sunday. I have no time goals for this race, don't want to PR, just want to finish.

Just wondering if anyone has any mental tips (as in, mind tips, not tips that are mental, like covering myself in custard or doing three hours of starjumps while singing Handel's Messiah) for the few days before a marathon? This is my third marathon so not sure only being hit by The Fear now.
