Im going into 3rd year in Sept. and to be honest my grades are quite average-I've got maybe a 2.7 GPA (This does not have any bearing on my actual degree however). Is GPA the fulcrum on which the firms offering internships will make their decision or will they take into account factors such as relevant extra curricular activities, previous work experience, people you know in the firm, etc etc?
