CAT5e to MicroMaxd connection

Can someone tell me what kind of connection this is in the picture between the CAT5e cable and the MicroMaxd antenna? I want to figure out how to wire it.

Its a waterproof ethernet connection, unscrew the end and there will be a standard rj45 on the end of the cat5 cable plugging into a socket on the connector.

Ignore the silver part, but when you unthread the end it will look like this
