why do i get this message?

    When i go to a certain website i get this pop up message...

    internet explorer cannot open website http........

    operation aborted

    why?

    this is the site does it open for you?

    Try Google Chrome or Firefox.

    Yep, that page opens for me.

    is windows up to date ?

    is IE up to date (ie. IE EIght ofor XP , 9 for later)

    it could be a dns/old browser problem - have you tried putting in the www. worth a try, even on sites that drop it

    This is usually a bug in IE6 or IE7 with certain scripts. Upgrading to IE8 or 9 will sort it. Or use a different browser, whatever suits.
