Anyone else heard if it is true that the Salmon Leap in Leixlip is closing down?

I heard that last night from the owner of Bradys. Seemingly it's closed already - windows boarded up.

The pub was doing ok but the owner over extended by building apartments that he couldn't sell. So the company went bust.

I see the Salmon Leap is back on the Market.

They are looking for offers in the region of €200,000.

Riverside pub goes on market for €200k

    Brochure here

I wonder how bad the fire damage is inside, if that could be affecting the asking price?
