Not at all, its a classic marketing trick - studys show that something like 0-5% of people will use the free promotion, it also tricks us boardsies into activation or setting up a boardsdeal account and then intising us to spend.

I know, I've already taken my grievances to the Boards Deals Credits FAQ thread.

Just pop on over and explain to them that you don't want the credits and want the money as promised in the title, I'm sure they will be accommodating, they're a nice bunch over there

Just checking - you're resetting your BoardsDeals.ie password, yes? When you do so and go through http://www.boardsdeals.ie/giveaway_boards.php you should be asked for your new password and get your credit...

I think the problem is that my boards.ie and boardsdeals.ie accounts use the same email address. They use the same password too though, so I think that's causing an issue. Because now I can't log in at all on boardsdeals.ie
