    The album is the offshoot of a definite concept to join the groove and the sound that gave fame to the label Full Time with Orlando's voice. The label, born in the seventies, became famous and appreciated in the eighties and a real cult for the dance music made in Italy in the nineties.
    Orlando, born in the North Carolina, started his career very early, and recorded his first records with the soul group "the Upsetters". In the seventies he started to work in Italy where he signed a contract with the italian EMI.
    When the dance music began to reign, the LP “Turn The Music On”, produced by the label Full Time, reached the USA charts as well, thanks to the dj, remixer and producer Jelly Bean Benitez.
    Orlando repeated the success with "I say Yeah", that in the summer of '91 ranked the first position all over Europe.
    In the 2000 "Moving Too Fast", launched by the Artful Dodger, the english djs that produced also Craig David, became a hit in UK, Germany and Japan.
    "Funky Time" is the summary of his artistic career. The album moves from songs typically funky reaching a sound that goes more into disco, dance and house music, melting wisely the historic releases of the label.
    The result are nine tracks and three remixes that could bring to the listener into the hottest soulful atmospheres.
