Garda Vetting form for PGDE

Hi all, I've been accepted into Trinity for the PGDE and have my teaching practice sorted. I've been away for the past few weeks and need to submit my Garda Vetting form to the school - so I called them and asked for a form but they said it wasn't them who sent them out. Then I called Trinity and they said they'd be sending forms out to my home address in a couple of days, but I know people have submitted their form already but I never received any (lady in my tp school told me). So now I'm really confused! Who do I contact about this?

    Thanks

Trinity organise the vetting and then forward on the forms to the Garda Vetting Unit.
