    I wouldn't buy that ... get a Freesat Branded box instead and have an actual Freesat EPG, that only does now and next.

    The mounts that come with the Lidl/Aldi dishes are junk as well.

    Whole kit was available in B&Q at €41.99 bought one last week.

    You may as well throw the dish in the bin,45cm is way too small to pick up anything in Ireland.

    Not sure where you heard that, but the size is fine for Ireland. Installed 3-4 of these no problem with reception.

    For around €100 you can get a HD free sat kit in B&Q also. Nice quality from BBC HD and the rest.

    Its just about big enough for the South East coast ,anywhere else its unsatisfactory and wont be good enough in rain.
    Sky use 60cm dishes in Ireland (Zone 2) ,Zone 1 are only 43cm comparable to the Aldi dish.
    For reliable 28e reception in Ireland you need at least a 60cm dish ,anything less is unreliable.
    45cm dish in Galway,not a hope.
    Are you sure you didnt install the Aldi kits that come with an 80cm dish ?

    Will this thing pick up BBC and ITV , need to get those channels for the rugby world cup. Would this do the job , would be great if someone could let me know. Cheers

    probably not.

    try B&Q or the website i linked to above has them and the owner posts on boards and gives a % off for boards users.
