How long does it take to switch packages? (Digiweb)

I changed from the 8mb to the 24mb package over the phone on Thursday evening. The chap on the phone said it would take 24-48 hours to take effect. 5 days later and my modem is still showing a max down of 7616kbps. Is it normal for it to take this long or have they forgotten about me? :)
