Students from Germany are looking for accomodation

    Hello !

    Maybe you can help me. My brother and I are comming to IT Sligo next Semptember. We are students from Germany and we´ll only stay for one semester. What accomodation can you recommend ? We have already seen the student accomodation available but the rooms are very expencive. Do you know if we can rent an other appartment for only one semester ? I already wrote several e-mails but I never get an answer :-(

    There's alot of student accommodation around that you can range from.

    Yeats Village
    Gateway Apartments
    Clarion Grove

    However if these do not tickle your fancy you could always try accommodation websites like "www.daft.ie"
    They're very handy for accommodation !

    Hope all works out for you in the end and hopefully I'll be seeing you in IT Sligo in September :)

    On daft some landlords or agents but huge rent I know some landloards and cheap places if you want contact me on chairman@dublin.ie, I have been living in Sligo for a while many Germans are living here too, My neighbours:)
    I know how students need a good place independent, accessable to the IT Sligo and to the city centre, I myself planning to study at IT Sligo this year and I will be glad to help.
