I have an early 80's Raleigh touring steel frame in a 54cm

Had it built up as a 9 speed for getting around town but I was never able to get it perfect as it was designed for a 5 speed gruppo. Ill admit I'm very new to bikes so you might have better luck. Plenty of scuffs but no dents and its rust free.

This is it when it was built up

Cheers P, I would prefer a sloping top tube, which should give me a more relaxed riding position.

I've a Planet X Kaffenback that I'm not sure I like yet, only ridden 200k so far

It's setup as a 9 speed, with a MTB rear cog, Shimano 105 rear mech. I've got a front mech that you can have too but you will need to source a clamp, I also have a matching bar end shifter. I'm based in Wexford and am looking for €450 no less.
    I'm based in Enniscorthy

    It's 54cm
    geometry here
    http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/i/q/FRPXK/planet-x-kaffenback-frame

kaffenback frame, on one pompino forks (same spec as kaffenback), fsa the pig pro headset, easton vista wheels, conti 32mm tyres, stringlight cranks 50,40,30, dia compe friction shifters.
Won't budge from €450 as I will use over summer if not.
