How long to get the full driving license (Kildare)?

    How long to get the full driving license? I'm based in Kildare. Sent it off Friday 20th, and wondering how long does it usually takes before it arrives in Post.

    Mine took about 3 weeks. You have it by the middle of June I would say. Different district to you, but they tend to be fairly quick.

    In the UK, turn around times can be up to 4 weeks, so I don't think we're doing too badly!

    I applied for mine tuesday in KK in the tax office and it was in the post this morning (Friday), I am well impressed with that service I must say. And I love to give out about the civil service - so for once I have nothing to complain about, ha ha.

    i was in there last wednesday getting a category added and the lady at the counter said it would prob be 3 weeks cos they have a big backlog
