Problem with Samsung Galaxy S

    Hi,

I'm having a problem using my Galaxy as a music player; Windows Media Player will sync about three gigabytes of music then stop completely and refuse to sync anything further. This happens whether I use the inbuilt memory on the phone or the 16GB SD card I've put in. I've been looking on Google for possible solutions, but I've had no luck so far. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Thanks...

I just use my Galaxy S like an external hard drive. Copy the files across over USB.

Never bothered with using a media app to sync on anything I've had.

Once you unplug the device, the phone will do a scan for new media and cache it itself anyway.

Don't use windows media player to sync, it may cause problems. It might transcode stuff to WMA for starters, which some devices won't play. Secondly god knows where it is putting the files.

Just copy mp3s manually, very easy.
