Long sleeve dress

Has anyone seen any nice long-ish sleeved dresses around recently? Online shops are perfect...I have a few weddings coming up but am very self conscious of my arms as I have a bad eczema outbreak on my elbows

OP, if you're in Dublin it might be worth checking out Retro in the George's Street Arcade. They do a lot of vintage style dresses and usually have a few with sleeves, and most would be dressy enough for a wedding.
