Help-Need a laptop to play Shogun Total War 2

    Hi folks,

My old laptop is on its last legs so i'm in the market for a new one. My budget is €700-€800 and my main concern is that it will play Shogun 2 and other similar games. I honestly don't know if this budget is realistic to get a laptop to play such games and would really appreciate any advice.

Its other main uses would be internet/home stuff which wouldn't be too demanding.Mobility isin't a big requirement too.

Have a compaq at the moment and have had an awful time with it (faulty hard drive, disk drive and overheating) so would prefer to get something reliable.

I would like to get a warrenty but had the PC World one before and it was very frustrating dealing with them when it kept giving me grief.

Any advice would be a great help.

    Thanks

Yes your budget should be fine, make sure you concentrate on something with a good graphics chip and plenty of RAM. Shogun 2 wasn't as good as the first game for me. Maybe I am getting too old :o
