Hope someone can help . .

I'm 7 months pregnant and ever since I lost my job a year ago I have been genuinely looking for work.
I am living alone as father of child doesn't want to know so am trying to get some help with rent also.

My question is being on job seekers and if i decide to become a fulltime stay at home mum, how do I change from being a jobseeker to being a single parent with the social welfare??

Thanks for any advice in advance :)

You need to go to your Community welfare officer who will have the forms you need to sign for. Congrats on being a mother.

pm me if you need more info on entitlements.

    And congrats on motherhood!
