iTunes library suddenly empty

Went into my iTunes just now and it's empty, everything gone:eek:
It's my dads laptop and he got it serviced there about a month ago so it could be something they did but they'd never admit it.
Just want to know if I can get it back or see if it's still there somewhere, don't want to go back to the IT crowd that did the service as they'd charge me for just looking at it.
I have everything on my iPod but I couldn't find a way to transfer the iPod contents to the iTunes library can that be done?
I tried searching for the music library but couldn't find it.
    Thanks!

    Windows, yeah?

Maybe they wiped the machine and did a clean install. Try using SharePod to transfer the music from your iPod back.

Thanks for that! Didn't think it was possible to transfer from iPod to computer.
    Will give sharepod a try:D
