Thinking of getting an air gun for hitting bunnies in my Dad's veggie garden....I hear the German made is it Weihrauch are some of the best....what should I be looking to buy for a budget of say 500 to 700 euro

Also...it's illegal to shoot magpies and greys with an air rifle...although it's [perfectlt acceptable to do it with a shotgun........for farmers witg vermin such as greys and magpies eating feed in sheds the only real answer for shooting them is an air rifle????

You can get .22 ammo for shoting in farm buildings but not 100% sure about shotgun shells for it, even though i was just discussing it with the uncle the other day and he said he used to get them for the 12g many years ago.

for the .22lr you can get small cartriges kinda like shotgun gun cartriges, i wouldnt fire a .22lr bullet in a shed i dont think its safe to fire any live gun inside, but i dont see the problem firing any rifle at a bird just once its on the ground not in the sky and theres some sort of backstop.
