Big trip - lots of luggage

Righto driving from the south of France to Calais tomorrow, and well after clearing out the apartment we have alot more than we thought, the car is full to the brim, I can feel when I sit in now that the suspension isn't doing a whole lot,
I can't really give a good guess on the weight of what we have, but I just want an idea, even a decent guess and what the reprecusions could be, I know the worst case scenario etc. but realistically should I be properly worried or should I just assume that an 08 Skoda Fabia is going to be up to it?

Visibility is fine btw, just if anyone thought was an issue made sure not to go above where the back seats would be.

Any help appreciated, especially if you can sugar coat it and tell me I'll be fine.

You need to find out how much how much your luggage & people weigh, and check that figure against the maximum permitted load.

Where can one find the maximum permitted load? Had a look through the manual and the official specs but I'm probably just blind.

Does it look to be sitting very low over the back wheels compared to when there was nothing in it?

Don't forget to increase the pressure in your back tyres, whatever you do.

Thank you very much, having trouble finding anything other than the kerb weight which I assume is the weight of the car itself.

Yea looks pretty low to me, obviously not close to touching or anything but certainly lower that I think it should be.

    .

Can you post a pic of it?
You might get scrubbing of the tyres off the car over bumps etc if it is too low.

Just went out and had a bit of a jump on it, definately some give in the suspension on both ends, would love to post a pic but can't right now everything basically packed up for the move.
