Im just wondering what, if any, tax, stamp duty, registering costs etc etc Id have to pay, if I was to purchase a small plot of land to extend my garden. About 3000sq ft. Sorry bout lack of other figures, I havent approached the "seller" yet, I was just investigating what I could get hit with on top of the figure he'd want.
