    hi,
    i live between waterford and dungarvan and i'm looking for circuit training classes in either town and surrounding areas please...

    I think there might be circuit training in Rathgormack. He used to do it in the community centre and above his mothers pub.

    Would that be too far for you?

    Thanks for your reply, i googled him and he wants money up front which i havent got :-)
    found classes in the gym in kilmacthomas...

    i have went to the circuit training in rathgormack fitness freak you pay as you go.. i only went twice i was a bit unfit in comparison to everyone else its on tuesday and thursday very good setup..
