If your college course is completely finished... i.e. you are not going back in sept/oct to complete a degree then you can apply for Jobseekers Allowance if you are working 3 days or less. You do say that you are working 12 months... have you worked longer than this because you may have a Jobseekers Benefit entitlement if you have 104 "a" class contributions and 39 in 2009 or 26 in 2008 and 26 in 2009. The only problem is you may not have a sub loss if you were only working 2/3 days per week so you would have to apply for Jobseekers Allowance which is means tested and in view of the fact you are under 25 your parents means as well as you earnings from employment will be means tested.
