Good news, been a few years since we have been in the finals. So good to hear about some success. It isn't easy to make the finals at that level.

Murphy from Bray Wanderers looks a decent player.

A big football mad nation like Italy usually has a conveyor belt of talent, quite a shocking result. :) Real opportunity for lads like Bray's Connor Murphy to get himself noticed as scouts will be there from every corner.

He got himself on the score sheet too so he did himself no harm.

Bohsmen Roberto Lopes and Matt Doherty (now at Wolves) were in the squad. Great to see them doing well. Lopes was on the bench and Doherty started at RB.

Connor Murphy was on trial with us but we couldn't offer him any money so he went to Bray, played with a lot of our young lads in schoolboy football, looks a great talent.

Congrats to the lads and to Paul Doolin!

Excellent result and shows the good work that Paul Doolin is doing at this level. Hopefully with doolin and king looking after the young kids we will see an upturn in results. Eurosport will actually get watched now during the summer !

Read this in the Star today. It's good to see some home-based players in the squad.
