Hi, all does anybody know the minimum notice has to be given for an Executive meeting to be held is it 5 days ?

I found this in the constitution but doesn't state the exact time for executive meetings

    Notice of meetings
A minimum of five days written notice shall be given by the
Provincial Secretary to all members of meetings, except
in the case of an emergency, when he may, in consultation
with the Chairperson, summon a meeting with shorter
    written or verbal notice.
A special meeting may be convened by the Secretary on
the written request of a majority of the members.
