Ipad 2 Delivery Time?

Well this is probably answered and moaned about in loads of other threads but I'm just wondering, on personal experience, how long does it take to get an ipad 2 delivered from Apple website to Ireland? And...is it a courier service or 'an post' or a stork that deliver it?

A friend of mine says his was dispatched from China. Mine was dispatched on May 28th and has an estimated delivery date of 10 Jun 2011... which even from China does seem really really slow....

When i ordered mine in April it got shipped exactly on the day of the second week i ordered it, and delivery took 4 days from china, TNT was the courier.

you are all too late, no point anymore... Ipad2 is too old. Save your money for Ipad3. :D

Pollyanna woodward from Channel 5's the gadget show posted on twitter that she ordered from the Uk Applestore on the 17th May and it arrived today.

Just so happens to be the same day I ordered mine... my Estimated Delivery Date is still 10 Jun 2011....

It's a courier service. Mine got dispatched on a Wednesday morning. Delivered Friday afternoon. I would ignore estimated dispatch dates and deliver dates. There guides.
Make sure to check the package before the courier leaves. TNT are not to be trusted with iPads. Personal experience.

Have just received a text from Apple confirming that the iPad was dispatched today with estimated delivery on the 14th. Has it generally taken people 4 days for delivery after dispatch?

My ipad 2 was despatched on Saturday from China with TNT, however it has not moved from Hong Kong since 15:05 on the 19th of June.

It took mine 3 weeks to arrive...
Went China -> England -> Germany -> Ireland...

Mine was the same. It will be delivered to you before the weekend, most likely on Thursday. Delivery generally takes 4 days from dispatch.

Mine finally moved and it arrived in Cork yesterday morning. I expected delivery today, but when I rang they said it will be tomorrow or Monday! I am living in Kerry, not the far side of the moon.

Just received my 2 x ipad's this morning exactly 8 days from the Day I ordered
and 4 Days from Shipping Date !
